The 2 Port Firewire Panel Bracket is an adapter cable that converts the 1394 pins from most AT style Pentium and newer motherboards to standard IEEE 1394 4-pin and 6-pin connections. This bracket will provide the missing link to PCs that have IEEE-1394 capability built-in, but have no connectors on the PC to utilize it.
